Suggest Remedy For Pain During Intercourse

Hi dr I have painful experience during intercourse and do not reach climax . While examining after withdrawal and stiffness still there , I found fisher like cuts just beside the penis head. On touch this spot gives a painful burning sensation which is there while performing I cud send u a picture of that very spot if u allow and give contact I am 62 and never had this problem before Bye

hello , the pain and cut will be most probably due to injury during intercourse. if u can send me the picture i can give u precise explanation. It will heal automatically when u abstain from sexual activity for some time. Or u can use a local anesthetic get to reduce the pain like lignocane 2% gel. There is nothing to worry.
