Suggest Remedy For Pain And Lump In Knee

So I ve had knee pain in the lateral side of my knee I had it checked out by a doctor twice and they took X-rays only they said nothing was wrong the problem is I have a hard lump that appears when I bend my knee only when bending the lump is noticeable it s not like a ball it kind of runs through the outside of my knee it is hard and I know it is not normal because it appeared a couple months ago and it goes away when I straighten my knee it s frustrating because it hurts after doing physical activities like running or playing sports any help??

Hello there...
Having lump on banding knee may be of soft tissu not of bone...so that it may not be visible on x ray...
It may be a torned muscle or lax muscle...or may be due to herniated part of joint....
Better u should go first forsimple investigation like ultrasonogram and than if neede MRI may be most confirmatory....
