Hi I was going to the beach with my niecea and noticed my wrist was sore.. I looked at it and the vein was popped out in a way that it shouldn t have been, about half hour later it ended up bruised and now hurts a lot. I didn t hit it or anything like that either..

hi, thanks for post, that could be caused even by small hits or from a previos weakness of the vessel, treatment is to relieve pain, diminish inflammation, with non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, (ibuprofen, naproxen, ketorolac), and local ice repeteadly, there are cases in that is necesary to open a way to expel the blood but is very rare to reach this level, and have many other dramatioc symptoms
