Suggest Remedy For Pain After Surgery To Flexer Tendon In Thumb
I severed the flexer tendon in my left thumb about 4 months ago. I missed the nerves and artery and had it surgically repaired. It is hurting bad, moving it, if it touches something. It is a stinging pain and the aria (this is where I had cut myself) seems swollen, hard (scar tissue?) and red. I think it might have fluid on it but I do not know.

I would suggest you to meet your doctor urgently and start antibiotics after checking for any pus. if there is continuous pain than you might need exploration and cleaning of the wound. I would also suggest you to not to make wound wet, and also avoid smoking or Alcohol.
