Suggest Remedy For Over Weight

hi.. im 24 yr old.. and my height was 5 inches and weight was about 60 kgs, im suffering from over weight.. i had thyroid problem since 2yrs.. i have seen the Dr. Tea add.. is it really works on our body and any sideeffects of it, can u please suggest me.

Low levels of thyroid hormone can be associated with weight gain.

Most persons use the tea with no effects but there is a risk of interactions with medications and damage to the liver with some herbal teas.
You may want to discuss any possible interactions with your doctor.

Weight loss can be achieved by change in diet and an increase in physical activity to at least 150 minutes a week.

There are different types of diet plans. The main ones are the low carb diet and the low fat/low calorie diet.
You can choose the one that best suits you.
