9 year boy, suffers nose bleeds this time of year (common) not lately. First time trowing up blood, not feeling well, saying pain in belly lower middle (close to intestents). has far as I know only took a tynol last friday. Feels warm and want to sleep.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your son's nose bleed.
As per your history if seems to me the nose bleeding may be because of injury to the nasal mucosa. As you said in it is in a particular period of year that means he must be allergic to some thing that is present in environment at this period of time. Because of that he may have nasal itching and trauma to the nasal mucosa.
You need to visit a ENT spacialist for further evaluation during mean time get an over the counter liquid paraphene nasal drops that will not make clot to harden and prevent further bleeding.
Hope my answer will be helpful to you and visit us back if you have any further questions.
