General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Since there is s history of a blow on the nose and history of bleeding from nose , that is epistaxis, I would advise you to get a CT scan of the nose, sinuses and the skull.
This will give us the reason for bleeding.
There may be a fracture in sinuses or nasal bones.
IF there is no active bleeding at the moment and the Ct scan shows no fracture, be assured , you may not further management if there is no deformity of the exo-skeleton.
I find this answer helpful
