Suggest Remedy For Non Retractable Foreskin

Hello Dr, I am 18 year old. My Foreskin is attached to the penis head(lower) there are 3 skin attachments between foreskin and glans. because of this İ cannot pull it back completely. it pain badly.. while masturbating I do not make my foreskin down.. directly I do masturbate.. there is no problem while masturbating.. But in future.. while having sex it may pain.. iam scared.. please do help Dr..

I really appreciate your concern, in such skin condition the only best option is to get done the circumcision because in future this may give some problem at the time of coitus, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
