Suggest Remedy For Non Retractable Foreskin

When I am erect I cannot retract my foreskin. It moves back fine when flaccid (so I can keep clean), but its too tight to get more than halfway down the glans when erect. I am a gay virgin and I am nervous about having penetrative sex in case this causes problems. Should I expect problems? Or am I just being a bit paranoid?

You can try retracting the foreskin daily after cleaning it during bathing for some days.
Recurrent infection can cause foreskin to contract and can pose problem of retraction.
So, please provide details regarding any itching/discharge over there for further suggestions.
