Hi there, I m a 53 year old male, non smoker,6 2 , 190 lbs. basicially healthy. sorta fit, low on cardio. I was rear ended in 1994, very bad. got whip lash and all associated trouble. I was in two more within the next year. and two more within the next few years. pulled a groin in one. I have been through a multi discipline clinic in Edmonton; the Gross rehab centre. 8 weeks. 8 hrs. a day. prognosis was myofacial pain syndrome...? I hurt all the time..my shoulders and neck seldom relax... I was hit broadsided in 2012, thought I was OK. Things just progress downhill. I had a slip and fall hard this past February. thumb still hurts! I have serious ring in the ears all the time..I have been told I have serious depression going on. I have been on cipralex 10mgs for 30 day & 20 mg for a month now...neck still won t relax. Help!
