Suggest Remedy For Nausea, Fever And Extreme Sensitivity To Cold

I have had a sudden fever since yesterday and am extremely cold. I feel extremely nauseous and don t feel like eating, my stomach feels like it s in knots. I have no energy, and my skin is sensitive. I threw up bile last night. Should I go to a doctor? What could it be?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to some viral infection, if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with the medicines given below
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg as per needed
take care for hydration, have complete bed rest, be patience, take care.
