Suggest Remedy For Migraine During Pregnancy

29 year old pregnant female. I m 17 weeks along and have been suffering from constant migraines that don t go away with acetaminophen or rest in a dark quiet place. I m eating well and keeping myself hydrated but they still persist. Is there anything else I can try to relieve the pain or possibly prevent them?
