Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain Before Bowel Movement

i'm 52 and was playing soft ball and while running thru the base i got a sharp pain like i strained my anus. it was sore for a few days then it past. Soon after i began having lower abdomen pain before a bowel movement and it seems hard to initally began the movement. after the movement i have relief. i would take a laxative and flush out and it seems to fix it. Then in about 3 weeks it would happen again. This went on for about 3 months so i had a colonoscopy which came back normal. the doctor had no explanation for it. Then a few weeks after another spell. then shortly after that i felt a pop in my lower ab like a rubber band popping. then no more symptoms for three months and then a few days ago i woke up at night and had the pain again and here we go again...so what do you think i have?
