I am a female and age 27 years. I have pain in lower abdomen and in back side. Mild dilatation of pelvicalyceal system of left kidney is found in ultrasonography result, and in Renogram it has been found that functional obstruction in left kidney and slightly delayed excretion of right kidney with good parenchymal function in both kideys. GFR left: 50.9 ml/min, Right: 48.2 ml/min. In urine routine examination rbc 4-5/HPF, pus cells 2-3/HPF is found. What i should do now?
