Suggest Remedy For Low Back Pain
Hi i m suffering from low back pain from past 10 months. I went to couple of orthopedic doctors. Did some tests and even taken X-ray too. The said its normal .and suggested me physiotherapy. Even undergone that too. but still i m seeing some pain regularly increasing

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic.Looking to your query you are suffering from normal backache. it is due to weakness of muscles and bone. Primary treatment of backache is back exercises and analgesics(diclofenac sodium 50 mg three times a day) calcium supplementation and vitamin D3 supplementation if it is low so it is advisable to get your VITAMIN D3 done.Hope my answer will be of some use.
