Suggest Remedy For Low BP, Seizure Like Symptoms With Shaking And Freezing

My bp is 89/52 p82. I ve been dizzy ,weak and wobbly since my episode a week ago. I have cardiogentic vaso vagal syncope. Last week at dinner table, I fainted. And evidently had a seizure. Shook legs went out straight. Ridged. Peed my pants. I have one snapshot of awareness.( 10 people at a table watching me being drug out of reastaurant like a drunk) I was then home, shaking and freezing. My husband kept putting blankets on me. My next awareness was in the morn when I awoke. I had a EKG ( on a hand held cell phone thing) and they said my heart was fine. I think I was dehydrated. But this continued dizziness and H.A. Has me worried.
