Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

Regarding your query for sudden loss of voice, I would like to say that possibilities are -

1- Acute Laryngitis.

2- Allergic oedema of vocal cords and arytenoids.

3- Vocal nodule.

4- Vocal cord palsy / paresis.

Above are the common causes of sudden loss of voice but if diagnose early and given suitable treatment, all are having good recovery. Therefore my suggestion is to consult your ENT doctor for the same. Till you are waiting for specialist you may do-

1- Steam inhalation.

2- Took anti inflammatory.

3- Anti histaminic.

4- take voice rest.

Probably above will help you.

Regards.
