hey for awhile now i havent been feeling hungry n wen i do as soon as i see the food i feel sick or sumtimes can only eat afew mouth fulls, ive worked out im only getting between 600-800cals aday which is bad, im a lil over weight n arent losing weight and have had to cut out excercise as i feel too drained to do it
Hello Welcome to HCM. This can be general malaise. You should try to eat at frequent intervals but in small quantities. Change the type of food everytime like take fruits at some time, take chapatis and vegetables at other, like that. You can take fluids like juices, milk. Eat according to your taste. Cut down the intensive exercises but keep goin for morning walk. Take tablet pantop-D if you have heartburns and nausea. Hope this helps. Thanks
