Suggest Remedy For Loose Motion?

I have had loose motions for a couple of days. 2-3 times a day. It is not severe diarrhea and hence I ve been ignoring it, hoping for it to get better by itself. I don t have any other symptoms apart from watery motion. Should I take some medicine or wait it out?

> Take lots of fluids( water, juices)
> Take Metronidazole thrice a day for 5 days.
> Take Zinc supplement once a day for 10 days.
> Take ecobion sachets once a day.
> Take semisolid diet.(not spicy)
Report to hospital if:
> Condition remain same after 2-3 days
> Any unusual symptom appears
> Condition deteriorates.
