Suggest Remedy For Lightheadedness And High BP While On Xanax For Anxiety

I am 41 white female I suffer severe anxiety have taken my xanax but light headed and blood pressure currently is 140/110. Was as high as 165/116. At what point should I consider going to ER? Started at 6:21 pm until now it is fluctuating lowest was 137/110. It is currently the 165/116.
