Suggest Remedy For Itchy Swelling In Eyelids

My upper eye lid seems to swell sometimes after running... Usually only left side & can tell its happening during my run because it gets itchy when I feel sweat entering the eye... It looks worse than it feels.. How should I prevent & should I be worried?

It may be related to allergy due to sweat entering the eye use one strap while Ru nig so that sweat is absorbed. use face towel and swap your face. take levocetrizine tablet 5 mg daily. apply cromal eye drop 3times daily.you will improve.
