Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizzy spells, stiff neck and headache. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like chickenpox , urticaria , psoriasis , but in your case the symptoms are due to sun burn . I would suggest you to cover the skin and protect it from direct sun light , apply petroleum jelly and apply cold compresses to reduce redness and inflammation . Also keep your baby hydrated . If condition doesn't get well then consult pediatrician for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory , anti histamine or corticosteroid ointment after proper examination .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
