Suggest Remedy For Itchy Lump Between Legs And Testicles

Goood evenning doctor....sooo I m really worried about this itching small pea sized ball between my legs and testicles...I had a pimple ther I mean atleast I thought it was just a pimple and now its gone bigger and I only notcied it ther today...its gone abit hard also and its not painfull and I would like to know what s going on there please garnt me an answer?

Thanks for the query,
You might have developed fungal infection.
Your description matches with that.
Usually fungal infections are itchy and recurrent.
Please get a KOH mount done,
This can confirm the fungal etiology.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Treatment must be continued for at least a month to prevent recurrance.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
