Hello. Welcome to hcm
Grommets are placed in ears to remove fluid that is accumulated for a condition called serous otitis media.
They are out to remove any fluid is at all it accumulates. Yellowish thing coming may be normal. We usually do suction clearance.
Grommets are usually extruded over period of time. It is nothing to worry about
You can meet your doctor if pain recurs
All the best
