thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com.... see thrush or BV both are associated with whitish discharge mainly....BV is also not associated with severe itching...browny discharge is mostly associated with blood, well blood can be present with bacterial infections in vagina.... anyways if the bleeding is not too much, try tab metronidazole and tab fluconazole single dose, avoid sexual contact for few days, and maintain genital cleanliness... otherwise, consult a gynaecologist for further management.... hope this was helpful.... regards
