Suggest Remedy For Itchy And Scaly Scalp

My scalp is very itchy and I have a scaly patch on it, I was examining my hair after I washed it and I saw this very tiny white, pure white bug, it looked like it was jumping from hair to hair, my chest & upper back are itchy with red bumps, please tell me what do I have?

Without having a look at the area and the bug i cant comment. May be you are having lice. And itching has caused eczema. But i cant comment on that contact your GP.
