Suggest Remedy For Itching In Vagina Having Diagnosed With Lichens Simplex Chronicus

yes, I believe I have a condition call Lichens Simplex Chronicus. I have had this problem for sometime and I feel by itching the scratching has damaged the area outside of my vagina. Could you please inform me of an Infectious disease doctor in my area to see about this problem.

I understand your concern
Lichen is autoimmune disease and have unknown etiology and trigger factor. It is characterized by eruption with characteristic shiny, flat-topped purple papules and plaques on the skin or mucous membranes.
I would suggest to consult the dermatologist and undergo vaginal examination and skin Biopsy will to confirm the diagnosis.
Doctor will give following advises:
Topical steroids such as Clobetasol .
Topical antihistamines.
Avoid Alcohol, cigarettes, and spicy foods can worsen symptoms.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene, drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet.
