Suggest Remedy For Itching In Urinary Tract, Penis, Scrotum And Anus?

I ve had this itchiness in my urinary tract, tip of my penis, scrotum and anus. It s been there for close to 9years. I have tried several medications but they did not help much. I used to have a yellowish discharge sticking in my pant. Sometimes when i m using the toilet,i realize i get discharge when urinating which looks more like semen. I don t want to live with it any more. Please help me...

Hi.
As per your case history of itching on genitals, my treatment advice is -
1. Take plenty of fluids to avoid urinary tract infection.
2. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 1 month.
3. Apply a mild antifungal plus steroid cream like candid-b cream twice daily on itchy skin.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
