Hello dear user of HCM!
Thank you for your question.

It seems to be an allergic dermatitis caused by the make up you have used.
In such cases antibiotic ointments doesn't work as the problem is not the infection.

You have to use topical steroid creams to take the allergic symptoms off (e.g hydrocortisone or betamethasone cream). If you have sever itching you may use antihistaminic drugs like loratadine or cetirizine in the evening.

Take care and best wishes for you!
Best regards!
Dr Eriol.
