Suggest Remedy For Irritation In Urethra And Clitoris

HI ...for a week now I feel a weird sentaion in my urethra and clitoris, it is like is too sensitive and when I touch that area i feel it is not right...I do urinate more often but it does not burn or hurt. The main thing is this tingling sensation and it communicates with my head making it feel strange and also my stomach. Could it be a blatter infection? Thank you for your time

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your symptoms and understand your concerns.

It is a possibility to be a cystitis (an infection of the bladder) or a urinary tract infection (UTI) but to be sure we need to do an urine test/culture.
I would rule out an infection of your genital organs, since you dont have any other symptom.

UTI and cystitis usually have these symptoms

-A burning feeling when you urinate
-A frequent or intense urge to urinate, even though little comes out when you do
-Cloudy, dark, bloody, or strange-smelling urine
-Feeling tired or shaky
-Pain in the lower part of your abdomen, in pelvic region

Depending on the type of infection and the response of your immune system you might have all or just a few of those symptoms.

Here are tips how to help your body fight the infection and your UT to clean itself:

-have plenty of liquids, water, fresh fruit juice like lemon or orange because those have a lot of Vitamin C that helps your immune system
-Empty your bladder frequently as soon as you feel the need to go
-Choose showers over baths
-Urinate after sex to flush away any bacteria that may have entered your urethra.
-Wipe from front to back
-Chamomile tea is a natural antiseptic if you drink it 1 or 2 cops per day, but if applied locally it will help to heal the irritation in your urethra and clitoris.

Follow my instructions for at least 2 or 3 days and if you have any changes please let me know. At the moment no need to start on antibiotics.

Feel free to contact me any time for any other question.
