Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

Hi, i have not get periods since two months . My last period was on march 24. As i am irregular with my periods i ignored but I have got symptoms like nausia, tiredness, severe backache, abdominal pain. Today morning i have made a home test . I detected it as negative. Please tell me am i pregnant or not?

hi, go for serum beta HCG levels it tells more accurately . if it comes negative use tab primolutN once at night for 10days . you will get your period with in 1 week.. use cap premence for 15 days once a day, this will reduce your premenstrual symptoms. thank you.
