Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Sir,I got married 2 years before I am trying to concieve after ultrasound I came to know that I have pcos one month ago my all reports of (thyroid,urine,cbc etc)are normal what can I do to get my periods regular and to concieve plz give me suggestions.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of common causes of irregular periods in women. Women with PCOS may be given birth control pills to trigger a period, Birth control pills (oral contraceptives) contains hormones estrogen and progesterone. They should be taken for regular once a day for 21 days, then they should be stopped & menstruation will follow.
You should take 2-3 hormonal cycles & then try to concieve
