Suggest Remedy For Intermittent Pain In Eye Post Cataract Surgery

I recently had cataract surgery and the MD discovered I had a macular hole . I subsequently had surgery to repair this. I am now about 4 weeks post op. I have started having sharp intermittent pain in the eye followed by redness of the eye. The pain doesn't last long and does not happen every day. Is this something I should be worried about?

Thanks
