Suggest Remedy For Indentation On Hands

In June, while bench pressing 445lbs., my right hand slipped a bit and the weight went toward my forehead like performing skull crushers; I heard something pop, similar to opening a champagne bottle. I had pain there for several weeks. Gradually, I began benching again, almost to what I was doing before, but I see kind of gap or small crater on the back of my right arm, just above the elbow, and below the tricep. What can I do to fill in that gap like it was before?
