Hi Surekha,

I have gone through your medical history and understood your concerns.

Controlling blood sugar levels is not an easy job, it requires determination and strong willing to follow healthy changes in:
- diet
- lifestyle
apart taking prescribed medications.

Please understand that drugs alone cannot help you. Instead, foods/drinks you take and physical activity can help take good control of your diabetes. You need to talk to a local dietitian to prepare your daily menu according to your body needs and sugar levels.

Hope it helped!
