Suggest Remedy For Increased Mucus Level In Blood

Hi doc my name is nithin.iam 20 years old,weight-60kg,height-178cm.iam having trouble with increased mucus built up in my chest and head.i also have some sort of indigestion which i doubt to be due to increased mucus in my stomach.also iam suffering from alopecia areta for the last 4 years and my ayurvedic physician tells it is due to increased mucus levels in my blood.what medication should i prefer?

1. Increased mucus in chest could be due to exposure to dust or allergens. You need to avoid exposure to these and wear a mask when you go out. In response to dust, you body is producing increased mucus in respiratory system.
2. Indigestion is due to gastritis. You will require proton pump inhibitors to reduce gastritis. Avoid spicy foods. Eat small meals at regular times. Avoid stress.
3. Alopecia areta at this age is uncommon. It could be nutritional. Improve your nutrition. Meet a trichologist once to rule out any fungal infections of hair.
