Suggest Remedy For Increase In Weight And Hemoglobin

i was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of gastric gland 5 years back ,had undergone gastrectomy,chemo and radiotherapy,since then my hemoglobin level remains below 7 and i weight only 32 kgs ,i am 29 years old now n had delivered a baby normally last year,how do i increase my weight and hemoglobin,what precautions should i take

Hello and thank you for your question.
Your hemoglobin is dangerously low. Your doctors need to determine why that is and only then can a treatment be suggested. Usually with a hemoglobin that low you would need a blood transfusion.
Gaining weight can be difficult after a gastrectomy. Te best way to increase your calories is to eat small high calorie meals frequently during the day.
