Suggest Remedy For Inconsistent Urine Discharge
after hystorectomy at 50 2 YEARS AGO I DEVELOPED A belly flap that hangs 5 inches aver my thighs. I have no felling just prseerure from my navel past the bikini cut. I have serious urinary incontinance i am disscussing with a nephrologist. i am a large woman but the flap still is disproportionante to my figure deforming it. ive had no sex so i cant discuss any pain. My urinary discharch turns my undergarments black and pads dark. i always smell of urine and i need a solution. my left kidney was blocked by benign tumors deeming the removal of my uterus and ovaries i believe i have a bladder sling but not sure. I never completly make it to the toilet often urinating upon standing Help Me please

Firstly u need to take opinion of Urologist.
Second u r suffering from Stress Urinary incontinence with probable urge urinary incontinence also.
Rule out Urinarg tract infection with urine rourine and culture.
I recommend u the following :
1. Reduce weight equalling any normal of age and height.
2. Restrict intake of water to 2 litres daily
3. Avoid constipation.
4. Kegel's exercise.
5. Take Solifenacin 10 mg once daily.
It will take few months before u improve.
If u don't improve despite all these measures, u will need sling surgery TOT/TVT.
