Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to phimosis. Applying corticosteroid based creams like betamethasone locally and stretching foreskin back and forth daily will be helpful to some extent. But if the opening is so small to be retracted or no improvement with such measures then circumcision can be considered after consulting a general surgeon.
