Suggest Remedy For Hole In Septum With Recurring Sinus Issues Post Sinus Surgery

I was born with a deviated septum and have chronic sinus infections my whole life. After many failed antibiotics, when I was 13 my doctor talked me into getting sinus surgery. I had my allniuds removed and deviated septum fixed. At first it worked and could I breath properly but now, 5 years later my septum has shifted back, and the sinus and ear infections are back but worse. About a month ago I discovered a little hole in my septum, on the good breathable side. I ve be checking on it and its just getting bigger and bigger, and I m losing the cartilage. I know I need to see an ENT but I have no health insurance and I m scared of what they d have to say. Please any ideas or advice???

I really appreciate your concern, you have to be very patience as long as your condition are there because emotional stress could aggravate the symptoms, what the surgery you had gone may not give that much satisfactory results, now just be patience and try some nonpharma treatment, that includes pure honey, hot drinks, steam inhalation, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
