Hello Rasheed,
Welcome to HCM
I appreciate your concern for your uncle.
Your uncle has the complications of diabetes - kidney failure, the cause of high blood urea, heart attack and stroke due to block in the blood vessels.
If his blood pressure and the heart condition is stable, he could have dialysis and this would improve his consciousness. If his heart condition is not stable, then coronary angiogram and corrective procedures like stenting would improve his heart function and may improve the kidney function through better blood flow. But be prepared for the kidney function deteriorating due to the dye used in angiography.
I think the medical team will get together and decide together as to what is best in the interest of your uncle.
I shall be happy to answer if you have further queires.
Hope your uncle will get better soon.
