Suggest Remedy For High Fever And Pain In Abdomen
With normal blood test, Urine report of 2 year baby girl reports nil red blood cell, 0-1 plus cell, 1-2 epithelial cell, cal. oxalate + crystals. reaction is acidic. She was having high fever day (along with 2 times abnormal/sudden shaking of the body during fever) before but is normal now. observed less urination, pain in abdomen and less food appetite. What do we interpret and how to treat.

Urine report is normal
Less urination is become of less water is given or drink by child sou have to give more water to her.
Ur baby had fever for that u have to give paracetamol(15 mg/kg) every 4 to 6 hrly
Some time child had abdominal pain for this u have to give her syrup cyclopam 2.5 ml which decrease pain .
If fever is high then consult ur paediatrician asap
