Suggest Remedy For High Esr Levels

Hi... I am 38 years old and have accute uticeria problem. I was advised to have an complete blood count test along with Urine analysis and TSH. Urine and TSH are within the range but my ESR is on 24 which is on higher side and out of range. Wanted to know if uticeria is causing the ESR to be on higher range or is there any other infection. Why the ESR is on high range. What precaution in terms of food habbits should be controlled? Thanks,

I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that ESR is non specific marker of inflammation. It raises because of some underlying inflammation in your case it is because of urticaria. I advice you to search for the cause causing urticaria to you and take preventive measures that cause you it. This much prevention is sufficient for you and can reduce your ESR.
