Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
I read carefully your concern.
The high anti TPO level is high and is suggestive for autoimmune hypothyroidism.
Selenium is an approved mediacation that helps to lower the antiTPO level.
Levothyroxine is recommended when TSH is high.
