Suggest Remedy For High BP With Rapid Heart Rate

hi I'm a 28 years old female , 5 4 and weigh 113 lbs .My blood pressure is 110/70 but my heart rate is fast. Usually between 80-100 BPM when resting and 120-140 when doing little things like walking, doing laundry cleaning...I've seen a cardiologist, had an ECG and an Echo both came out good. I've also been checked for thyroid problems and had a chest X ray and a ct scan. was told it might be anxiety I was put on Xanax but it is not helping at all. Any advise?

Hello

After going through the details provided by you i would like to teel you that your BP is perfectly within normal range. Regarding your heart rate yes it is slightly on the higher side. As all your basic tests are normal so i would like to assure you that dont worry, some people do have a high sympathetic drive due to which their heart rate stays on the higher side. However i want to recommend few LIFESTYLE Modification for you, Start going for a morning walk 45 mins a day for 5 days a week, avoid caffeine containing drinks like coffee, soft drinks etc, do meditation as it will help you control your stress levels, try to take out some time for yourself and do what you love to the most. I would like to recommend you to stop XANAX as its a habit forming drug. Practice these changes strictly for 3 months and am sure you will be relieved.

Wish you Good Luck
