High blood pressure at 35 weeks pregnancy needs immediate attention . management usually consists of
_ visiting /consultation after detailed assessment of the condition with admission in hospital if required..
- investigations like blood pressure checking at least three readings.
- Urine check up for infection/
albumin,
- pelvic
sonography for fetal well being,
- Rest/ bed rest/ avoiding physical/psychological stress,
-Taking medicines as per doctor's prescription to control blood pressure,/ monitoring blood pressure as per doctor's advise.
- Sedatives/ tab
Disprin are given in few cases.
- restriction of dietary salt as per doctor's advise,
- Regular health check up once blood pressure is control& continuation of medication as per advise,
- Normal delivery/ LSCS as per doctor's advise only/in hospital.
