I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure at age 50. I am a female and recently involved in a car accident and being treated for subluxation in my lower back.
I never had an issue with high blood pressure before. Could the trauma of the accident, and the pain I'm suffering possibly be what triggered it? If so, will it go away? I am taking hydrochlorothiazide and my pressure is still averaging 139/98. In addition, my eyesight is degrading, even though I've worn glasses for 35 years, the sudden degradation of my eyesight concerns me. I can hear pounding in ny ears and my skin is itchy, and I am feeling fatigued, depressed and uninterested. My relationships are on eggshells, and my anger is uncontrollable. This has been a rollercoaster of physical and emotional distraught. In not certain how to find out what us going on with me. But not having answers is only creating more anxiety. Please let me know your thoughts....
