Suggest Remedy For Hepatosplenomegaly, Small Hemangioma And Ovarian Cyst

hi, i m 25 yrs female. i have loss of appetite for about 2 months with mild abdominal pain. USG abdomen revealed mild hepatosplenomegaly, small hemangioma and simple ovarian cyst. Hb also dropped to 7.2 gm/dl and PBS revealed microcystic hypochromic anemia. I too have few cervical lympadenopathy, FNAC of one showed reactive lymphadenitis. what might be the cause and its management?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to history given here and the test report, some more investigation may be needed like blood work to rule out some infection, it must be multiple pathology, and it need to be managed accordingly but important is diagnosis, you have not stated anything about the hemangioma, such multiple pathology in this age is very less likely or not possible, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
