The treatment of hematuria depends upon the cause of passage of this blood with urine. Most commonly an urinary tract infection (UTI) is associated with such a condition, especially when there is fever associated. The treatment of UTI can be done with appropriate antibiotics like ofloxacin.

Other than UTI, conditions like glomerulonephritis and certain nephropathies could also be present but I do not think that you need to worry about these. If you could mention the urine report in details, the actual treatment required, could be easily delineated.
