Suggest Remedy For Heart Palpitations

I have had heart palpitations for many years. Now they are worse and alot more frequent. I had an echo done came back normal. Other symptoms I have had or having are chest pain went from left side to right side numbness in left arm after an episode I get a splitting headache upper back between shoulder blade pain. Dizziness at times and blurred visiom. Is this all part of my anxiety attacks or do I need to have my heart checked more to check for clogged arteries plaque buildup etc..??
